Tabletop Black Light "SL8804-S"

The SL8804-S is a tabletop stand-type black light suitable for non-destructive testing and fluorescent inspection. With high-intensity UV irradiation (approximately 13,000µW/cm² at 38cm), it vividly illuminates fluorescent materials used in fluorescent magnetic particle testing (MT) and fluorescent penetrant testing (PT), contributing to improved visibility of defects. Being a tabletop stand type allows for both hands to be free, making it suitable for inspecting small parts and for inspection processes that require continuous work. The angle and height of the irradiation can be adjusted, allowing for optimal positioning based on the inspection target and work environment. It also features a dimming function, enabling light intensity adjustments according to the application. As a stable tabletop type, it helps reduce the burden on operators and improve inspection efficiency. This tabletop black light can be utilized in various fields conducting fluorescent inspections, such as quality control in manufacturing, non-destructive testing, and electronic component inspection.
